Who processes it

We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate this site and handle inquiries:

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security (DDoS protection, bot mitigation).
• Resend — delivers the email generated when you submit the contact form.

These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.

Cookies

glassvera.com does not currently set any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes — for example, if we add analytics — we will update this policy and present a cookie consent banner beforehand where required by law.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records, after which they are deleted.
